My name is David Mischler
We have a retail florist, greenhouses and garden center in
Williamsville, NY (Buffalo, NY)
My parents bought this business when I was 5 years old, so I have grown up with the business.
My interests have always been with the greenhouse production,
repairs and matainance, and business and finance.
In my personal life I enjoy history. I am a trustee of the Amherst Museum
where I volunteer to give school tours etc. This is depicting mid to late
ninteeth century history in our town.
I'm also a director of the Western NY Gas and Steam Engine Association.
This group restores and displays farm machinery and holds a four day
rally the week end after labor day. I am the Gate Chairman for our events.
I'm also the treasurer of our Buffalo area Florists Delivery Pool

They organize stuff like that Boston Tea Party we had way back when, so they prolly keep it secret over there.

This stands for Society of American Florists. It ties together retail Florists, wholesale florists, hard goods manufacturers, and growers many from off shore. The retail florist is not a very strong part of this organization. A new varieties display is held at the annual convention. My brother Frank is in charge of unpacking, hydrating, and displaying all of
the entries.
