And the technology/equipment is outdated by the 12th payment...............I not the sharpest knive in the drawer, but I'm not a spoon either. I learned the "hard" way.............

I would wager that it's outdated before you get it! I'm sure that FTD bought the "old/outdated" iPads at surplus. There is no way they would give a florist something that was expensive....
