They ordered online. They thought they were ordering from me, and got intercepted by an OG. One was Ava's. The other doesn't know. Neither order got delivered. Their loved ones did not get flowers for the family gatherings today, and they are all confused and angry.

How many clients don't know their flowers didn't get delivered? How many clients got the item delivered by a filling florist, but were overcharged with bogus service fees?

If you are a wire service member, then your membership fees helped to finance this fraud.
 
how do we stop this??
My web orders are way way down today and i'm wondering now if i'm being "high jacked too" but of course when i do a search it shows me cause i look at our site and the other in town often.
even clearing my cookies it still pulls me up.
