Website online vs phone ratio

In looking at my WS statement, I find the asterick "XXXXXXX estimated phone orders based on industry average of 2.03 per every 1 wed order." While I do not keep a scientific track of this, I would have guessed something more like 3 to 1....if not 4 to 1. Just wondering what other florists are experiencing. Thanks, Clay

Depends a lot on your audience. Martin's was more online than phone.
