You do SUCH a nice job of mixed bouquets, different flowers, nice texture really gorgeous! And obviously they sell really well for you. SO...
question is why you decided to sell only roses for valentines day?
have you evaluated your sales, did it make a difference. Seems like your clients probably truly appreciate the unique from you. just wondering.

It really was great. I did have to add two tropical arrangements because we did have some long time customers not happy. But it worked out better and we actually sold out of the tropicals.
It was the best because we also where able to really analize our sales and COG and payroll and it worked out exactly.
The only mistake we made was buying to much greens I think we had two extra cases of leather and two extra cases of lemon.
But again we were able to learn from this experience and we will be even more productive and even more cost effective on our purchasing for the next holiday.
