i would like to be your firend also,i am a guy from the caribbean whose trying to meeting other designers overseas who may have similar interest to mine.i too will be in kansas in july,as i was awarded one of the financial scholarships from aifd.this is my first ever being away to any floral event,so i am hoping to get aquainted with some of you guys here before july comes.

Hi Rick. thank you for inviting me to be your friend!
My critique of your young designer (easel spray). Overall it is really good. Any shop would be proud to send this out. Minor issues are: I don't see enough of a focal in the center. The bigger flowers tend to be towards the outside..need to bring them back in to center; A little too much greenery for me..some of the flowers are almost covered up with the greens. ; just needs a bit of cleaning up. She has a future.

Hi Rick! thank you for all your help and kind words! as far as know the commette haven't named the winners of the scholarship yet......though based on the years of experience i do consider my chances being very weak.........but i still have some hope......otherwise, without scholarship, i absolutely won't be able to make it (besides being a florist i am a student too........ and my tuition - sky is the limit........so....)
anyways.... i'd be happy to meet you and Carol.....otherwise - have fun!!!!!!! and have some fun for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and don't miss Tomas De Bruyne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
