$275.00 Canadian Looneys up north for me....

Just the ribbon alone adds to the piece.

Heather, the ribbon is the famous Firello Ribbon maker talked often on this chat Board.

My Oh My Mikey you do such nice work....
Luc

$350.00 including labor (labour ;) ) here in Missuagain

Somewhere around $300, the roses, the greens, the ribbon, the WORK.
We don't normally use ribbon but the one you use is real nice and is well beyond anything ive ever seen.
Good job,

janice

$300.00 or better Mike.

Thanks Luc. I figured that it what it was...man I wish our shop could afford to invest in that machine. Ah well, one of these days, we are still young!!

:) Heather

Jersey cost - $275.
Love the ribbon, probably going to see if we can order one of those printers later this year ... if funds allow ;)

a what ribbon maker?

I googled firello ribbon/machine/maker out of pure curiosity but I can not find anything to match that description. Does anyone have a website address for this type of machine and does anyone know how much it cost. I would be curious to know if it's worth it for florist to invest in this kind of machine. We don't get much request for banners/ribbons except from the European community and them too seem to be moving away from that old tradition.
Thanks
janice

$300. Mikey.
Nice Job!
Janice, Call Italo 1-800-461-4825. The machine prints a very nice ribbon.

$450 in Toronto, using Ecuadorian Forever Young.

I love this community!

Thanks for the number, but before I call and get pressured into buying something I dont need, do you know how much they retail for?

Besides everything, I changed my avatar, I figured we didnt need two Canadians flying their flags around. Luc, im counting on you now.

Gigi Florist and boutique

$225-250 somewhere around there.

you have less than 30 minutes time tied up in it, so it mostly goes to COGS plus markup.

I'll betcha Mikey only cleaned the roses and the beautiful Sandie actually made the arrangement.....oh ya maybe Mikey printed the ribbon too!

$297.50 in Eastern Ontario

In rural central Kentucky would be $275.00 for spray plus $10.00 for streamer for a total of $285.00 plus delivery of $5.00 to $15.00 depending on distance. Good work ain't cheap..................

Interesting spread....

in prices....from $225 to $500.
Funeral director said this was TOO BIG to be able to handle, and the customer said it was NOT big enough....
We charged $350...this was a two hander to carry, and built in the "waterfall" spray by our trainee designer, but, more to the point.....
What do you do, or say when the "dilema" of TOO BIG or TOO SMALL becomes an "issue"??
It's odd that I should ask this...we have a pretty good handle on who wants what, BUT, I DON'T want to get into a pissin match between this customer, and a local FD

Funny, I've always thought it important to please the person handing over the money.

V

Beautiful work.....The FD has a problem with it's size????
Have never encountered that drama before! Perhaps just mention that you are designing to the CUSTOMERS specs???
Jeebers! nothings easy even when yer dead!!
no disrespect intended .....
silly ol' FD!!
