Okay. So I've started a new diet & I'm cranky.
I've been on a doctor prescribed liquid diet for 16 days now & have lost 14 pounds. Everyone at the shop is kind & apologetic for bringing food into work (not that they should be). They are a great support system for me. But, my problem is with my husband. He is a sabotager! I am so ready to kill him! :wallhead:
I've been good. Haven't cheated. Some days are easier than others.
Anybody else started a dreadful diet since after the holidays? How do you keep sane & from killing your spouse/significant other? Positive thoughts are in great need...
