OMG!! I'm so freakin' sick, literally..

Oh man, pnemonia sucks,,, I got it several years back and that's why I quit smoking!
Take it easy!

I barely have a tiny cough left, other than that I feel pretty good....
Plus I've now lost 20lbs! WOO HOO!
My sickness was a great diet jumpstart. Now I just have to keep it up!

Hope everyone is starting to feel better....
 
For those of you who are suseptible to pneumonia, there is a shot you can get every few years. It has made a huge difference for my husband who got it nearly every time he caught a cold. I think it helps with bronchitis too, at least for him!

I get the shot because of my asthma, but, I can still get pneumonia because it only protects you against one type. At Christmas I had a bad case of pneumonia even though I had the shot. Just be aware.
