BOSS's $1,000,000.00 Casino Cash Challenge

1st Prize: $500,000.00 in casino cash
2nd Prize: $250,000.00 in casino cash
3rd Prize: $100,000.00 in casino cash
4-9 Prize: $25,000.00 in casino cash

Ok folks belly up to the challenge. Today through May 31st, 2009 we're running a "challenge" to increase membership in our community. And you can win casino cash for your efforts!

We're tracking referrals of new members and will award the above casino cash amounts based on new members that use your referral code and join FlowerChat.

Now's a perfect time of year, with Easter and Mothers Day coming you have many opportunities to talk to other florists when sending and receiving orders. Tell them about FlowerChat, get their email address and send them the link to your referral code (User CP, "Invite your friends", or the invite button in the green menu bar) and the system will track your referrals.

So get going, especially you Casino Addicts... we know you could use the funds.
 
There is also a"Invite your friends" button in the lower green menu bar.

I'll post weekly updates as to the progress (when I remember).

Oh man....I feel I'm at a disadvantage...lol.....all the florists I know are on here!! Well except for 3!
 
I pomote Flowerchat alot! Have gotten many from Colorado to join, our cute and freaky Babylon included in this group.
But, I kind of feel badly about the last member I suggested, Honey.
She didn't respond well to your questions and she was outsed - or at least caused a ruckus. So, now, I'm reluctent to invite members to join.
I'm an open, boundaryless kind of girl. Invite all to my shop, home, and my other favorites places to be - flowerchat included. So, I guess I'm confused as to your boundaries.

I am in the process of restructuring the Colorado Retail Florists Association , now FAR (Floral Association of the Rockies) web site.
I would like to be able to link Flowerchat, from our member's only link section - not open to the public. Can I do this? Afraid to make any wrong moves.........

Boss, that sounds great! But my current problem is getting my good friend registered who has no concept of "domain emails" and her hotmail won't work. Any suggestions for this wonderful, amazing woman?

Let me do a little checking on this...
 
I entered a friend's email address and got a message back that this person was already a registered user, but I don't see her on the member list. Did she not complete the registration or is this a glitch?

I too recommended someone who has had a shop in Ireland for years and years but has not got a website yet. She only has a hotmail account or yahoo i cant remember so she was not allowed to apply.

I do think that there are some florists that dont have the correct email that would be a valuable asset to the community.

Some FCer once produced a nice flyer (about FlowerChat) to hand out at a florist meeting. Since we're having an SCFA board meeting this Sunday, I'd surely appreciate a link to that flyer. Perhaps others will find it useful also.

If memory serves me correctly, I was not allowed to join FC at first because I only had a hotmail email.

Well Connie, looks like times have changed. I don't know about hotmail tho.
It's looking like come one, come all..... poor V, she's gonna be working some over time , I do think.
 
Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc accounts are just too easy to fake.

If you have internet access at your store or home, you have an email address provided by the ISP. Even better, if you have a website you will have access to email addresses on your own domain.

We have to filter out too much junk already - opening to anonymous email accounts just makes the problem way, way worse.

Not so quick there... we have a looooooong way to go til May 31st!

I've got a feeling someone will come out of nowhere and snatch the cash right from under her and Sher's noses!
