Order within an hour of new site launch

Okay, I'm a believer (but my google link was formerly a redirect) but my strider site went live today (with a few kinks but we'll work those out) and within an hour or so, I have my first order already!

Welcome to the club, glad its working for you. My online orders are trickling through but the amount of work i get off it via phone orders is amazing. I tell you, some days i just wouldnt have work without it!! And i dont want to tempt fate but i am top of google in my town and a few others too now, and top of google maps.

Dont know what Ryan is doing but it works for me!

Wow, 2 Azelea Plants in a basket for $122.95....Is'nt that a lot of money? I do not know th eprice you pay but I would think around $89.95 is reasonable.

Congratulations!

I will warn you...you will have people (well, florist) tell you that the orchid on the top is upside down. I did not notice this when I picked the site, but I do agree, it is upside down!

I said there were some glitches!! :rofl: and actually it would be about $90 US with my plant wholesalers!

My guess is you can do most of them in the back end. Keep at it and the site will do well for you. Mine has. Welcome your in good company. Lots of help around if you need.

Wow - are the azeleas the size of Rhode Island? I charge $75 for two azeleas in a basket... I need to raise my prices!

I changed the google search info to millinocketfloral.com a bit ago from millinocketflorist.com (my other site) knowing that I was going to redirect floral.com to florist.com until I could get my own site going. I went with Florist2.0 and since Strider held my floral.com and it was redirected to florist.com all we had to do was stop the redirection and launch the Florist2.0 site so there was no need to "catch up" with Google searches.
Does that make sense?
 
I like the earthy colors..one thing I did notice is that I did not see your phone number upfront and center...IMHO, that will make those orders come in even faster...I think my stats show that more call while on the site to "talk" about what they want...so adding the phone number is a way of making that happen.
